My first blog…jikes

Yay!!!! Well, maybe the website breaking down was a good thing…finally I get to use a blog for the news which should make uploading and updating much easier. HOPEFULLY.    We’re going to keep this blog and just link it to the website when it’s up and running again. That way we can also tag things like training so those not interested in my daily happenings can just go in and check out the training news.

So I’m thinking that to start with I’ll just put in the photos that you didn’t get to see from the last news I had posted but the photos would not download. Then I’ll write more of the new happenings as soon as I get the chance, either tonight or tomorrow. A bit going on so I’ll have lots to write about. Whether anyone finds it interesting or not is another story. Hehe

And lastly I think I put these cute photo in the last entry of the website as well so those of you that read the news missed it. Here Klói and Skella were refusing to come inside because they were going to be left at home while we took Frigg for a walk.

Perhaps it’s better to cut down the paragraphs into smaller sections, talk about each thing separately and tag them specifically. Oh that’ll be hard for me to do with my scatter brain, I’m so prone to going from one thing to another and then crisscrossing and going back to where I started. Now where was I…hahaha, just kidding. In terms of the photos I hate to put them in as thumbnails because I think it’s so hard to enjoy the photos if they are too small.  It doesn’t seem to be possible to have them side by side either even if they are small enough. Huh? Maybe I can tag each photo separately and have it full size all by itself as a separate “page” to link to, I don’t think so though I’ll have to ask Rúnar to help me. He’s a bit annoyed at all the work he has to do on the website and not really up to helping me today since he’s working like a maniac to fix the website problem so I’ll wait a bit and you readers will just have to scroll down to see all the photos for the time being. Could be better to just let the photos flow more with the text but obviously they will have to have some connection to the text if I do that and I’ll have to write LOTS if I’m adding a bunch of photos at once…shouldn’t be too hard for me to write lots. Ooops one of my faults. Not sure how to go about this either as I tried and it didn’t work this time but no doubt I’ll learn the best way through trial and error. I’m totally new to “blog” sites. Obviously I still have to figure out how to work this thing properly but it seems simple enough, knock on wood, so without further ado…TADA!

PS. I could actually stop posting lots of photos but since the website is down and I like “visuals” for those that don’t feel like reading the text I thought photos are good. If you have an opinion on that please let me know. Oh ya that was the good thing about the blog too it means you guys can actually add comments and I have to listen to you! Now how cool is that? Photos or no photos? Photos with little text? You know the a photo tells a thousand words thing. I promise I’ll try to figure out the thumbnail thing though if it makes it easier.
